Yesterday, in the course of exposing the fitnah of ISIS, the major investigative center Al-Mirsaad released a video in which an ISIS member revealed a shocking account of the hidden and deep connections between ISIS and Pakistan’s intelligence circles (ISI).
According to the sources, the video serves as strong evidence for the claims that ISIS’s propaganda and operational machinery is now being fully managed from the territory of Pakistan.
In the released video, a captured ISIS member, Muhammad Iqbal son of Shamdar, who is originally from Kurram Agency, exposes the realities of a game being carried out in the name of Islam and jihad for the destruction of the region. In the video, he confesses and says that he personally introduced one of his close associates to a senior ISI official. According to him, the official confidently told him: “The leadership of the ISKP, its funding, and the management of all related affairs are my responsibility; you only need to carry out the operations.”
This confession is not merely the confession of Iqbal alone, but the exposure of a strategy showing that ISIS in the region possesses no independent identity; rather, it is trained in the military centers of Rawalpindi and sent under the direct supervision of the ISI to Afghanistan and other areas for destructive activities.
The most shocking part of Muhammad Iqbal’s confessions is his statement that a Pakistani general handed him a “clearance document.” According to him, this document granted him the authority and protection to move freely throughout Pakistan without fear or obstruction, and to complete supplies and arrangements for his destructive plans.
This means that within the territory of Pakistan, ISKP Khawarij are not only free from pressure, but are also kept under special protection like guests and assets of the military regime. This deep connection between ISKP and Pakistani intelligence proves that they are advancing a joint and coordinated strategy to create insecurity and an intellectual vacuum in the region.
Based on these connections and intelligence directives, it can be said that the assassination of distinguished, aware, and truth-speaking scholars such as Sheikh al-Hadith Maulana Muhammad Idris is a fundamental part of this bloody project.
They understand that the voice of truth and the light of knowledge are the greatest obstacles standing against their intelligence projects; therefore, they have mobilized themselves to deprive the region of such voices.
This and countless other pieces of evidence, which are periodically publicized by Al-Mirsaad, make it clear as daylight that ISKP is a rootless, thoughtless, and imposed group. It possesses neither intellectual independence nor decision-making autonomy; rather, it is merely a proxy instrument in the hands of Pakistani intelligence.
Pakistani generals use this proxy group to destabilize the region and the wider world, in order to prevent the emergence of strong and stable systems in the Middle East and surrounding countries.
Alongside these interests, they also use it to draw international attention, so as to show the world that the region is burning in the fire of extremism and that Pakistan is the only actor capable of extinguishing that fire.
The latest video released by Al-Mirsaad drove the final nail into the coffin of ISIS’s false “caliphate.” It became clear that behind every attack carried out in the name of ISKP lies the hand of the generals of Rawalpindi and the direction of the ISI.
For the stability of the region and the peace of its people, it is necessary that this intelligence project be completely crushed both intellectually and militarily.
