After decades of war and hardship, Afghans are finally feeling a sense of peace and stability. But the eternal enemies of the Afghans are testing their last weapons against that very peace and stability. Afghans, by the nature of their faith, are among the most committed, sincere, hospitable, and compassionate people in the whole region. And it’s precisely because of these qualities that Pakistan and its regime have always taken advantage of Afghan honesty and sincerity.
Right now, the support, coordination, and training the Pakistani regime gives to groups involved in creating insecurity and sabotage against Afghans shows plainly that this regime has no good intentions toward Afghans. It never had good intentions, not for decades. What it’s always counted on is Afghan patience, treating that patience as Afghan weakness and ignorance.
Recent investigations and operations, carried out inside Pakistan’s own territory and border regions, proved that these fronts of evil, corruption, and mischief are being trained and used by this same regime for its own financial and ideological purposes, in exchange for which the Pakistani regime earns credit from international intelligence circles and eases its own economic crisis. But recent operations crushed these filthy and shameful networks of the Pakistani regime so hard that the wicked goals it had set in motion turned from a source of profit into a source of loss.
In the pages of history, the true Islamic system has never given any wicked element the chance to spread or endure. Today too, we won’t give this chance to the groups, networks, and masters behind these organized projects of corruption, sabotage, and insecurity, letting them establish and sustain anything on our soil meant to bring insecurity and destruction. Instead, today we have both the responsibility and the strength to pull out, by the root, with our own resolve and vigilance, any base or camp of corruption, sabotage, and evil, before its feet can even take hold.
To Pakistan’s Muslim people and its politicians, we speak again in the language of shared faith and shared culture: do not see Afghanistan and Afghans the way you saw the Afghan people and system thirty years ago, or you will become prey to the wicked goals of a cunning, subservient, mercenary regime. Today the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA), through its own sharp and wise policy and system, has become capable of crushing destructive elements and targets aimed at its people and its system, not only inside the country but abroad too, through decisive, sharp, and tooth-breaking action. And the IEA has already proven this to you and to the world, in a short span of time.
Firmness and seriousness against every source of evil, corruption, and sabotage is the policy of the IEA’s intelligence system, one that never allows falsehood and destructive elements the chance to organize, continue, operate, or repeat their activities. Consider this policy the IEA’s move from defense to offense, and its determination to prevent such acts from being repeated.
