Part I

The conflict between truth and falsehood, from the inception of beings to the present day and onward until the Day of Judgment, will persist. In this ongoing battle, truth has consistently engaged in a sacred struggle founded on principles. Conversely, falsehood and its adherents, due to their deviation from truth, have perennially strayed and transgressed these principles.

At the forefront of the false factions, ISIS-Khawarij is a group that has falsely raised the slogan of restoring the Islamic Caliphate in the world. However, they themselves are on falsehood and only do this to deceive the Ummah. These misguided ISIS-Khawarij lack the understanding of the kind of struggle required for the Islamic Caliphate, as well as how to strive for it, with whom to associate, and from whom to seek help.

It is imperative to acknowledge that ISIS-Khawarij is a deviant and anti-Islamic faction, embodying the characteristics of the Kharijites. Therefore, we should not be surprised by their tactics, as their primary objective is to undermine the truth and perpetuate falsehood.

It is crucial to note that ISIS-Khawarij, who claim the Caliphate, excommunicate people, announce individuals as apostates, address former and current righteous people with derogatory terms, martyr scholars and mujahideen, fight against righteous jihadi groups, and even align themselves with rebels who are considered apostates according to their own belief. These rebels have a tribal and partisan bias that is evident to all, biased resistors whose hands are still stained with the blood of innocent believers. The evil and corruption that began from Massoud to Ahmad Massoud and then descended to the lowest rebel. Their actions have not benefited the nation or the people.

The rebels have consistently led to destruction, martyrdom, and acquiesced to the servitude of infidels. Now, these wretched ISIS-Khawarij have extended their support towards rebels and aligned themselves with them.
