The latest tension on the Durand Line can’t just be looked at as some ordinary military incident, as if it were nothing more than that; behind it lie several political and war-related strategies, all hidden from view.
The very first reason is that the military regime wants to turn its own people’s attention away from internal political problems. It’s also trying to use this crisis to cover up its own security failures, because by now even every child in Pakistan understands that whatever the Pakistani army had been telling them was all fantasy, with no connection to the real world at all.
On top of that, one goal behind bombing Afghanistan is to slip out of its own commitments and responsibilities under the Mecca pact, and manufacture the excuse that “we ourselves are already tied up in a war, let us get out of this war first, then we’ll deal with the Mecca pact.”
Another very important reason is that the military regime made every possible effort to spread insecurity inside Afghanistan, but its efforts failed one after another. The Khawarij suffered a humiliating defeat, various fronts were crushed before they could even raise their heads, and the uprisings didn’t produce any result either. In the end the military regime was forced into launching direct strikes, and this is how it carried out another aerial attack on Afghan soil.
There’s also a possibility that the ISI is using this war to its own advantage, setting off its own explosions among protesters in Islamabad, or carrying out drone strikes on them itself, and then pinning the blame on Afghanistan. All that’s left is spreading and popularizing this accusation through the media, and in that particular skill, they have no equal.
But Pakistan is being warned that Afghanistan can strike any point in Pakistan. In this respect, with the help of Allah (SWT), its capability has grown even greater. Insha’Allah, all the calculations of the military regime will prove wrong, and in punishment for these crimes of theirs they will see such a penalty that generations will remember it.
The locations of all important installations and military centers in Pakistan have already been identified and recorded. In other words, the hawks have fixed their eyes on all these places, and whenever it is deemed necessary, Afghan Air Force will strike them, by the permission of Allah (SWT), in a very short time.
