Islam is the religion of justice. It removes oppression, establishes justice, and carries a message of peace, tranquility, and goodness for both humans and jinn. In this modern age, the West and the East, through technology and the media, are trying to portray Islam in people’s minds as a religion of fear, terror, and violence in order to preserve their rule and governments. If the world were to know Islam in its true and sacred nature, many people would turn away from atheistic thinking and toward Islam. One of the major achievements of the West and the East in defaming Islam and distorting its true face was the creation of Daesh. This project fulfilled, to a large extent, the goals of anti-Islam circles.
By spreading videos of beheadings, Daesh portrayed Islam in the eyes of Westerners as a terrifying religion and prevented hundreds of people who might one day have become Muslims from embracing Islam. Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a secular researcher seeking to prevent her own people from becoming Muslims, strongly criticized Islam and made the following remarks: “Islam is a religion of fear, terror, and beheading, because Daesh is considered one of the representatives of Islam. Study Daesh to see how brutal they are.”
Many other secular commentators have also criticized Islam and presented Daesh as an example of it, even though they know that Islam is one religion and Daesh is a separate group. Daesh has no connection with Islam whatsoever and can never represent Islam. Today, the Khariji group has obstructed the progress and spread of Islam, at a time when the mujahideen had a broad presence in Syria, Iraq, Chechnya, and different parts of the world and were making progress.
Daesh created the conditions for the mujahideen to become weak and for the enemy to achieve victory. Some ignorant people also separated themselves from the ranks of the mujahideen, withdrew their allegiance, and pledged allegiance to Daesh instead. Let’s examine, in the light of sound reason, Quranic knowledge, and the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), what kind of religion and what kind of Sharia Daesh presents to the West and the East in the name of Islam. It is the duty of every Muslim, in defense of Islam, to separate Daesh from Islam, make this truth known to the world, and introduce to the world the sacred and true face of Islam, which carries a message of peace, tranquility, and goodness for both humans and jinn.
O Westerners, study the history of the past caliphates of the Muslims, so that you may see how they guided the world away from oppression and injustice toward Islamic justice.
In this series, “What Kind of Sharia Does Daesh Offer?”, we will clearly explain that the actions of the fitna-spreading Daesh group have no connection with Islam whatsoever. Rather, this group receives support and strength from the enemies of Islam, Western intelligence agencies, and other circles hostile to Islam, which use groups that spread fitna to preserve their oppressive rule.
