The Western world, in its resolute pursuit to impose its legal frameworks and cultural values on others while positioning itself as the pinnacle of humanitarianism, often conceals and rationalizes its own transgressions. This endeavor heavily relies on the extensive utilization of media. Substantial resources are allocated to portray Islam as a draconian faith, depict Muslims as terrorists, and distance individuals from Islamic teachings.
Furthermore, the Western world nurtures individuals who not only vehemently oppose Islam but are also proficient in the art of manipulation.
At present, the distressing situation in the modest Islamic territory of Palestine sharply contrasts with Afghanistan, a nation experiencing peace, development, prosperity, and notable economic advancement.
However, the Western media opts to remain silent on the plight of the Palestinian populace while obsessively concentrating on the internal affairs of Afghanistan. Their motive is to employ propaganda as a tool to exact retribution for their defeat to the Islamic Emirate and to tarnish the Islamic system, encompassing its policies, laws, and global standing.
On a regular basis, the United Nations issues a report replete with falsehoods and baseless accusations concerning human rights violations, arbitrary detentions, extrajudicial killings, and civilian casualties in Afghanistan. Conversely, the death toll from the actions of the Zionist regime in Gaza has escalated to 39,445, with 91,073 individuals injured. Thus far, 206 archaeological sites, 197 governmental facilities, 821 mosques, and 430,000 residences have been decimated, with 3,410 massacres documented. Despite these staggering figures, the Western media remains conspicuously silent.
Conversations often revolve around unemployment and economic difficulties in Afghanistan. Nevertheless, since the Taliban assumed control, not a single death due to starvation has been reported; in contrast, in Gaza, 37 individuals have perished from hunger.
The discourse often highlights a growing number of refugees fleeing abroad to escape due to sensitivity to the Taliban, whereas, in Gaza, 10,000 people are missing, and 2 million have been displaced.
While discussions persistently focus on violations of women’s rights and acts of violence in Afghanistan, in Gaza, 10,798 women have lost their lives.
The Western media frequently denounces the suppression of freedom of speech, the closure of television and radio stations, and the restriction of journalistic freedoms. Meanwhile, 165 journalists have lost their lives in Gaza.
Headlines often highlight the deprivation of girls’ access to modern education and the closure of schools, yet in Gaza, 445 educational institutions, including schools and universities, have been targeted by bombings.
While the media mourns the lack of adequate healthcare services and proper salaries for doctors, in Gaza, 500 medical personnel have been martyred.
Discussions about child malnutrition are prevalent, but in Gaza, 16,172 children have lost their lives.
Furthermore, the Western media frequently comment on the spread of various diseases, the lack of a healthy environment, insufficient nutritious food, and restricted access to healthcare in Afghanistan. In contrast, in Gaza, 262 medical facilities and hospitals have ceased operations, and 131 ambulances have been destroyed.
Given this context, one must question why the Western media remains silent on the egregious crimes of Israel while hyper-focusing on relatively minor internal issues in Afghanistan. The answer lies in the fact that the role of this subservient media is to conceal the atrocities committed by non-Muslims, vilify righteous Muslims, and sow seeds of doubt regarding the Islamic system. This explains why, in their reports, they reference Hamas in Palestine and the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan with statements such as: “Hamas, which the United States and European Union label as a terrorist organization,” and “The Taliban, whose government has yet to be recognized by any nation.”
Note: The details regarding the crimes committed by the Zionist regime were obtained from reliable Arab media sources.
