Al-Mersaad has received information that today, ISKP operatives involved in recent destructive activities in Ghor were eliminated during a military operation in the outskirts of Firozkoh, the provincial capital.
Sources have informed Al-Mersaad that the operation was conducted this afternoon in the Noor Koh area, resulting in the killing of two ISIS extremists named Aziz and Murtaza. Murtaza was reportedly a foreign national.
According to the sources, Aziz had orchestrated and executed last month’s attack between Daikundi and Ghor, resulting in the loss of 14 lives.
Furthermore, they are also responsible for the attack on the 21st of Mizan, for which ISIS and NRF jointly claimed responsibility.
