Gradually, the flag of Islam was raised in various corners of Syria and Iraq, prompting young individuals from numerous European and American countries to eagerly enlist in the ranks of the mujahideen there.
However, it was not long before the intelligence agencies of the non-believing world regarded this zeal of the youth as a threat to their own security and began contemplating a solution to eradicate them.
Initially, they prepared the ground by instructing their mercenaries in Iraq to leave cities and important provinces without fighting.

As a result, numerous young individuals were lured into joining this duplicitous and treacherous sect.
As soon as Muslim youths from Europe and other countries started to arrive, ISIS expanded its territory with a dagger into the body of the mujahideen in Syria. They treacherously seized control of several cities and provincial centers, including Raqqa, northern Aleppo, Tripoli, Manbij, and many others.
How did ISIS gain dominance?
The places that ISIS attacked due to the expansion of their territory were not the cities under the control of Bashar’s Alawite regime, but rather the juicy targets for the followers of Ibn Muljam, cities that the mujahideen of Syria had obtained with thousands of martyrs and great sacrifices. While they were engaged in fighting the Alawite government, ISIS members started a new front from the other side against the mujahideen.
