Following their failures in Iraq, Syria, and African countries, the adversaries of Islam have once again devised a malevolent plan—this time on Afghan soil—to impede the advancing victories of the Mujahideen and to strike a blow against Islam and Muslims.
Unable to directly confront the righteous soldiers of Islam, the armies of disbelief and their affiliates implemented the ISIS project in Afghanistan in a bid to avert a repetition of their ignominious defeat. Their objective was to eradicate Islamic Sharia from this revered land.
ISIS-Khorasan was the designation of the Khawarij’s faction in Afghanistan, which was established and financed by Western and other intelligence entities with the explicit intention of countering the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate—the very Mujahideen who were progressively expanding their controlled territories and confronting the occupiers and their allies.
Although the presence of ISIS-Khawarij in Afghanistan was initially regarded as a significant obstacle to the swift progress of the Islamic Emirate’s Mujahideen, this detested group soon proved incapable of withstanding the increasing power of the Mujahideen and was eventually expelled from all the areas it had previously held during the occupation.
After the triumph of the IEA in Afghanistan—overcoming the occupiers and thwarting their nefarious schemes—regional and Western intelligence agencies tirelessly attempted to establish the toxic networks of ISIS in Afghanistan, aiming to carry out destructive and subversive activities through them.
Yet, as evidenced in the past three and a half years of governance by the IEA, this Western-sponsored project, like numerous others, has failed, and each day, more hideouts of ISIS militants are being uncovered and dismantled entirely.
In the most recent successful and well-executed operations conducted by the special forces of the Islamic Emirate against ISIS terrorists, a dangerous seditious network that had been operating under the direct orders of the ISIS Khorasan branch from Balochistan, carrying out destructive and devastating activities in the northeastern part of the country, has been dismantled, with all its members apprehended alive by the Mujahideen.
According to reports from Al-Mersaad, based on reliable sources, comprehensive operations have been carried out in recent days against this network in the provinces of Takhar, Kunduz, Baghlan, and Samangan. During these operations, all network members were captured, and a substantial amount of weapons, ammunition, hand grenades, and explosives were seized by the courageous elite forces of the IEA.
Notably, this oppressive network was responsible for an attack on a Chinese national in Dasht-e-Qala district of Takhar province, as well as a brutal assault on worshippers at a sacred mosque in Nahrin district of Baghlan province, resulting in the deaths and injuries of more than ten innocent individuals.
Furthermore, this group targeted and ruthlessly martyred esteemed religious scholars and prominent community figures in Baghlan and other regions. All detained members of the network have confessed to their crimes.
It is important to mention that the heinous actions of this network were carried out as part of the ISIS Khorasan branch based in Balochistan—a project promoted by specific intelligence agencies with the sole objective of fomenting instability in northern Afghanistan and provoking concern among neighboring nations.
The terrorist acts committed by ISIS in Afghanistan are part of broader efforts by the enemies of Islam to tarnish the true and noble image of the Islamic system. Nonetheless, it is certain that this aspiration will never materialize, and ultimately, these plotters and their allies will only face humiliation and disgrace.
