Following the self-proclaimed caliphate of the ISIS-Kharijites, they began proclaiming numerous groups and parties as apostates without valid evidence, accusing them of collaborating with disbelievers. They labeled these groups as apostates and justified the shedding of their blood.

They disregarded true non-believers and instead targeted the mujahideen, turning their weapons against them with false justifications and misguided fatwas from their uninformed clerics.

As a result, their fabricated caliphate crumbled, and their leaders were eliminated one after another. Nevertheless, their beliefs and ideologies grew even more deviant, and their misguided path was increasingly exposed as falsehood.

In recent times, regional and global intelligence agencies have utilized these ISIS-Kharijites as mercenary killers to eliminate their rivals and foes.

Prominent politicians, Islamic scholars, well-known preachers, and political opponents are among those who have been killed by Daesh militias in recent years.

Following the emergence of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the ISIS-Kharijites’ bases in Afghanistan were dismantled. Based on available evidence, their active hub is now located in Pakistan.

The Pakistani government is also utilizing these troublemakers entirely, providing them with resources and support to advance its malevolent objectives.

Recently, Al-Mersaad received and disclosed a list from credible security sources. This list, obtained from a significant Daesh network on July 10 of the current year, contains the names of individuals whom the Daesh Kharijites were targeting for assassination in Pakistan.

According to Al-Mersaad, this hit list was seized from a network that was recently apprehended in a Daesh hideout, along with weapons and ammunition. The individual in possession of the list was found to have associations with Pakistani intelligence.

The list includes the following individuals:

From Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI):

1. Mufti Kifayatullah, responsible for Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
2. Hafiz Hamdullah, a member of the leadership of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam in Balochistan.
3. Mufti Sadiq, JUI member and head of the famous military madrassa in Waziristan.
4. Maulana Muhammad Anwar, head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam in Kurram Agency.
5. Maulana Hafeezullah Nizami, JUI member in North and South Waziristan.
6. Advocate Kamran Murtaza, JUI member in Balochistan.

From PTM (Pashtun Tahafuz Movement):

1. Manzoor Pashteen, leader of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement, who was previously imprisoned for his statements against the military.
2. Noor Bacha, responsible for the Pashtun Protection Movement in Balochistan.
3. Noorullah Tareen, responsible for PTM in Sindh province, who has also been imprisoned for several months.
4. Zakim Khan Wazir, central committee member of PTM, active in Waziristan and a close associate of the late Ghilaman Pashteen, who was also listed but recently killed.
5. Qasim Achakzai, central committee member of PTM, active in Balochistan.
6. Latif Waziri, one of the founders of PTM, highly active in Waziristan.
7. Badshah Pashteen, PTM member, active in Waziristan and Balochistan.
8. Mohsin Dawar, leader of the National Democratic Movement and former member of the Pakistani parliament, hailing from Miran Shah, North Waziristan.

In Balochistan:

1. Mahmood Khan Achakzai, leader of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party.
2. Mahrang Baloch, a prominent figure in Baloch protests against the Pakistani regime.
3. Dr. Samiuddin.
4. Sardar Akhtar Mengal.

This is not the first instance where these hired mercenaries have been exposed and discredited on a global scale. Their betrayals have been confirmed repeatedly, discouraging any rational individual from associating with their cause.
Praise be to Allah!
