The ISIS group, which presents itself as the true defender of Islam, has, in reality, benefited from Western support to advance its criminal agenda. In recent years, the group’s numerous brutal attacks have revealed evidence suggesting secret cooperation between ISIS and certain Western nations.
During the conflicts in Syria and Iraq, while local governments were engaged in serious efforts to combat terrorism, ISIS managed to expand its control over vast territories and made swift advancements.
Despite the apparent actions of Western countries against ISIS, the group continued to bolster its military strength and escalate its attacks. Several reports indicate that ISIS fighters received indirect support from Western forces, possibly in the form of weapons, equipment, and even intelligence.
Another indication supporting the theory of collaboration between ISIS and the West is the nature of ISIS’s attacks. Many of their targets are countries or regions of strategic importance to Western powers.
In the Western military operations against ISIS in Syria, some contradictions were evident. In several cases, reports emerged that areas bombed under the pretext of targeting ISIS fighters were later revealed to have primarily harmed Syrian government forces, while ISIS fighters remained unaffected.
While regional nations and their populations were the primary victims of ISIS’s brutality, some Western countries, under the guise of combating ISIS, interfered in the internal affairs of the region and expanded their military presence. This policy has served as a tool for the long-term strategic objectives of Western powers, wherein the presence of terrorism in the region provides a convenient pretext for the West to pursue its military and political goals.
The recent wave of ISIS attacks further demonstrates their alignment with Western interests. These attacks, including those in Afghanistan, are often directed against countries that oppose Western strategic objectives. These assaults weaken anti-Western governments and provide justification for continued Western military interventions.
In conclusion, the link between ISIS’s recent attacks and Western collaboration underscores that the group exploits the name of Islam to serve the broader agenda of Western powers.
It is essential for young people to recognize this reality and avoid falling prey to the propaganda and deceptive claims of such groups. Only through the pursuit of knowledge, understanding, and truth can the schemes of terrorist organizations and their global supporters be effectively countered.
