In every society, there are some individuals whose loyalty is not to a person, a community, or a system, but rather to their own interests and benefits. Such people live under the shadow of a particular group or leader and are always ready to safeguard that person’s expediency and interests. However, this loyalty has no connection whatsoever with ethics, justice, or humanity.
Such individuals use their pen, their tongue, and their power at the signal of their master to suppress his enemies. In the pursuit of their master’s interests, they regard lies, deceit, and corruption as normal, because they see their own benefit in the master’s approval. If the master changes, they immediately shift their loyalty to the new master, since their true allegiance is to power and personal gain.
During social and political changes, such people are the most dangerous, because they form the foundation of corruption within a system. They support neither truth nor justice; their only concern is to please their master and preserve their own position.
A clear example of such individuals today can be seen in the new-yet-old guest of the White House, Donald Trump, and the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan, General Asim Munir. When Trump returned to the White House, Asim Munir was appointed as one of the most loyal executors of his strategy.
Recently, one of the most brutal examples of Asim Munir’s loyalty was the attack on March 16, 2026, on the drug rehabilitation hospital in Kabul known as “Omid.” This was a treatment center with a capacity of 2,000 beds for addicts, where individuals addicted to narcotics from different parts of the country had been gathered for treatment.
Late at night, when the patients were preparing to sleep after performing the Taraweeh prayers, jet aircraft of Pakistan’s military regime bombed the same hospital. According to figures from the Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of Interior, at least 408 innocent people were killed and another 265 were wounded in the attack.
Government spokesman Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid described the attack as “a crime against humanity” and stated that it was “an act contrary to all accepted principles.”
Islamabad attempted to portray the strike as an attack on “military installations,” yet there was no military facility in the vicinity of the hospital. Images released by various international media outlets regarding the attack also confirm that there was nothing there except bloodied bodies and innocent people buried beneath the rubble of collapsed walls.
The most painful reality in all of this is that Asim Munir even presents religious, legal, and strategic justifications for his actions. He claims that it is the defense of Pakistan’s territory, an operation against terrorists, and a contribution to the stability of a neighboring country. However, the truth is that all these arguments are merely fabricated masks to conceal his loyalty. His real allegiance is not to Pakistan’s land, but to Trump’s interests.
In the same way, Asim Munir has presented Pakistan in the eyes of its neighbors as an unreliable country that merely executes the orders of foreign powers. It should be said to Asim Munir: while you carry out bombardments on the command of your master, you should understand that these bombs will ultimately fall upon your own country (Pakistan).
These attacks will further deepen the resentment of the Afghan people against you, and this resentment will not end merely with the dropping of these bombs; rather, it will remain throughout history against your generations.
However, there is an important truth here that must be stated: Afghanistan has never bowed its head to anyone; rather, it has made every invader drink from the cup of defeat. Throughout history, this land has been a battlefield where every aggressor, from the armies of Alexander to the British Empire, from the military invasion of the Soviet Union to America’s longest war, has ultimately been drowned like Pharaoh.
Every drop of this soil carries the story of heroism and freedom; every mountain stands as a monument of resistance, and every stone is stained with the blood of martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the honor of this land.
Likewise, the ruling Islamic system, with the support of Allah Almighty and the backing of its faithful Muslim mujahid people, stands as an unbreakable stronghold for the protection of Islamic and national values. This stronghold stands firm against those subordinates who, at the signal of a foreign master, carry out attacks on innocent people.
The ruling Islamic system defends every inch of its land, considers the protection of the honor of its people a national duty, and regards the preservation of Islamic Sharia and national values as the very foundation of its existence.
This government is not like the previous regimes that would falter under foreign pressure; today, Afghanistan has a united, honorable system standing with the support of its people, one that no force can break and that is ready to make any sacrifice in defense of its citizens.
The soldiers of this government guard their land day and night, its officials have devoted their lives to serving the people, and the women, elders, and youth of the nation stand firmly behind this unbreakable stronghold. This is not merely a government; it is the will of a people who, after decades of war, injustice, and foreign interference, have firmly planted their feet on their own soil.
In conclusion, Afghanistan today stands as the strongest, most united, and unbreakable stronghold in its history. With the support of its people, it will spare no sacrifice in defending its Islamic and national values.
Anyone who attempts to storm this stronghold by force will meet the same fate as those who came before them, their pride shattered on this proud land, and their names recorded in the pages of history as a warning to others.
