وَقُلْ جَآءَ الْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبٰطِلُ ۚ إِنَّ الْبٰطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا’
Translation:
And say, “The truth has come, and falsehood has withered away. Falsehood is bound to wither away.”
24th of Asad (15th August) marks a historical day of the victory of truth and the fall of falsehood on the holy land of Afghanistan. This significant day signifies the eradication of falsehood, the abolishment of disbelief, and the establishment of the Islamic system.
This significant day witnessed the dismantling of the arrogant stronghold of disbelief and atheism at the hands of Allah’s humble servants. It led to the downfall of a formidable disbeliever, one who sought global dominance through unbelief.
This significant day witnessed the downfall of the American-backed regime, leading to the establishment of Islamic rule over the pure soil of Afghanistan. As a result, the dreams and aspirations of the United States, which had been tied to the Kabul administration, were completely shattered.
On this occasion, Allah safely guided the ship of the Mujahideen’s 20-year struggle under the Islamic Emirate’s leadership to shore. The triumph of the Islamic Emirate and the eradication of infidelity within Afghanistan hold significance not only for Afghans but also for the entire Muslim Ummah.
Key transformations that occurred on the 24th of Asad (15th August):
1- Just as Makkah was conquered and the idols were destroyed by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), similarly, on the 24th of Asad, Allah eradicated the false system of the republic, democracy, regional rule, and the republican flag, and replaced it with the Islamic system, a single central government, and the white Islamic flag, which fulfills the wishes of the entire Muslim Ummah.
2- As the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, granted amnesty to his enemies after the conquest of Makkah. In the same manner, the supreme leader of the Islamic Emirate, Amir al-Mu’minin, also declared amnesty for all those who supported the Americans during the 20 years of occupation and caused harm to innocent Afghans. They were guaranteed safety for their lives and property.
3- Just as Mecca was conquered, and the truth became evident to people that there is no means of salvation except by accepting Islam, group after group embraced Islam. Similarly, due to the righteousness of the Islamic Emirate and the blessings of jihad, the wings of occupation were shrinking day by day, the ranks of falsehood were weakening, and they eventually laid down their weapons on the ground and raised their hands in surrender.
In essence, the 24th of Asad is a significant historical day when Allah established the Islamic system as ruler over the holy land of Afghanistan, purifying it from the vestiges of unbelief. Alhamdulillah.
