The Massacre of Innocent Civilians: Another Major Crime by the Pakistani Regime

How Does the Pakistani Military Regime Shift the Blame for Its Failures onto Afghanistan?

With the rise of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA), officials of the Pakistani military regime became concerned about the oppressed refugees who had fled to Afghanistan due to the atrocities committed by the Pakistani army. The military regime was well aware of the extent of its oppression against these poor Muslims and feared the consequences of its own actions.

The IEA’s policy has always been that no neighboring country should suffer harm from Afghan territory, a principle it has consistently demonstrated in practice. To implement this, the IEA convened a council of scholars and reassured the refugees that they could now live in peace and security in Afghanistan, and that the Emirate would provide all possible support for their welfare. To ease Pakistan’s concerns, these refugees were respectfully and honorably relocated from the border areas to central parts of the country.

Although it was the responsibility of the Pakistani military regime to ensure the satisfaction and safe return of its citizens to their homes, the dollar-addicted Pakistani generals not only neglected the welfare of their people but also refused to facilitate their return.

The IEA acting in the spirit of Islamic brotherhood, relocated these individuals to other areas and treated them with compassion. The Pakistani military regime has no evidence that these refugees caused any insecurity in Pakistan for even a single day over the past five years. This is because the IEA obtained commitments from the refugees to live peacefully and imposed certain restrictions on them. Third-party countries can also attest that the Pakistani military regime refuses to come to the negotiating table, and even when it does, its demands are unreasonable and illogical. From day one, the IEA has sought peaceful solutions to problems, avoiding engagement in any war with another country or allowing Afghan territory to be used to create difficulties for others.

The main issue, however, is that the Pakistani military regime has had its dollar inflows blocked due to peace. Now, it deliberately instigates conflict and creates regional problems to resume the flow of dollars through war, as in the past. The IEA has made every effort to maintain regional security. Despite repeated daily attempts by the Pakistani regime over the past two years to violate the Durand Line, the IEA has remained patient. Over the past five years, no one can provide evidence that the IEA has caused any insecurity along the disputed Durand Line.

In recent months, the Pakistani regime launched an attack on Afghanistan, but for the first time, the IEA carried out a retaliatory strike that caused no harm to any civilians. After that, the Pakistani military regime openly attacked Afghanistan twice more. Although self-defense is a legitimate and Islamic right of the IEA, it still refrained from conducting retaliatory or defensive operations in order to protect civilians and maintain regional peace.

However, a few days ago, the Pakistani regime once again unlawfully attacked Afghan territory, resulting in martyrdom among religious schools, Qur’ans, civilians, women, and children. The patience of the Afghan people has now reached its limit, and history shows that they have never left injustice unpunished. It is the legitimate and Islamic right of the IEA to defend its Islamic symbols and its nation and to seek retaliation. Consequently, the Pakistani military regime and the specific groups within it that view the preservation of their power through the shedding of Muslim blood, will bear full responsibility for any future consequences.

Why Did the Negotiations Fail?

1. There is a specific faction within the Pakistani military whose survival and personal interests depend on war; they deliberately do not want the region to be at peace.

2. Deep divisions exist between the Pakistani military regime and its politicians.

3. Even within the ranks of the Pakistani generals, there are internal disagreements.

4. The Pakistani generals believe that once again Western powers will intervene in the region, bringing a flood of dollars, and that they will receive concessions under the pretext of combating terrorism, enabling them to acquire islands and wedding halls in the West.

5. The Pakistani military regime deliberately suppresses its own population and silences political opponents in order to keep the country engaged in conflict with another state.

6. During the negotiations, individuals are sent who lack any real competence or authority to conduct meaningful talks.

If we consider it carefully, Pakistan’s claim that its opponents launch attacks from Afghanistan is illogical. Is it not strange that the world’s supposedly “number one” army makes such claims yet cannot even secure its own border areas?

The Pakistani military regime asserts that it possesses one million troops, aircraft, and technical equipment, yet it still openly requests that the IEA maintain a “so-called” Durand line for them. In that case, what is the true purpose of such a vast military?

Another surprising point is that Pakistan’s intelligence agencies claim to have targeted so-called terrorists in Afghanistan. This false claim has been exposed to the world, showing that only children and women were killed. Even if we were to assume their claim is true, how can this be considered effective intelligence when hundreds of attacks occur daily inside their own country, car bombings take place in the heart of Islamabad, and no action is taken, yet they claim to have information from outside Pakistan? Furthermore, if they truly possess information about terrorists in Afghanistan, why do they not track and intercept them there instead of launching attacks across the border on Afghan territory?

In conclusion, it must be said that the Pakistani generals are playing with a fire, the very fire that once engulfed and consumed their American masters and patrons. If the IEA initiates a series of retaliatory actions, these generals, like their American counterparts before them, will no longer sleep peacefully, and this fire will burn in the heart of Islamabad. Full responsibility will rest on a specific faction within the Pakistani military regime, one that neither engages in negotiations nor truly desires peace.
