The security forces of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) have eliminated the ISKP network responsible for martyring a Mujahid in Baghlan province last month.
Sources within the security forces informed Al-Mirsaad that, during a special forces operation in Nahrin district of Baghlan, the ISIS militants responsible for the martyrdom of a Mujahid on the 17th of Rajab—and who had taken his weapon—were eliminated. The martyred Mujahid, Ahmad Javid (Seerat), served in the ranks of the Islamic Emirate’s army.
Furthermore, security forces recovered the stolen weapon, which ISIS militants had taken from the martyr and later showcased in the 479th issue of their official magazine, Al-Naba.
Earlier, at the beginning of the current Sha’ban month, the IEA’s intelligence forces carried out extensive operations against ISIS in northern Afghanistan. As a result, an ISIS network operating in Takhar, Baghlan, Kunduz, and Samangan provinces was dismantled. This network, acting under orders from its leadership based in Balochistan, was involved in various acts of sabotage. The operations also led to the elimination of ISIS members responsible for the martyrdom of worshippers in Nahrin, Baghlan.
These decisive operations against ISIS-Khawarij demonstrate the IEA’s unwavering commitment to justice and retribution for the killings of its Mujahideen and civilians. With the help of Allah the Almighty, the IEA remains steadfast in ensuring that justice is served.
