Since the day the Zionist regime unleashed its brutal and merciless assault on the Gaza Strip, the anguished cries of helpless children, grieving mothers, and defenseless civilians have reverberated across the Muslim world, piercing the hearts of every free and faithful believer.
This onslaught has not only left tens of thousands of homes in ruins and thousands of families martyred, but it has also shattered countless hearts—all under the indifferent gaze of the world. The only crime of these victims: being Muslim and choosing to resist oppression.
Amidst this profound humanitarian catastrophe, one truth has emerged with even greater clarity: the Islamic Ummah is still alive. And among this global community, the name of Afghanistan—despite its own enduring challenges—shines like a radiant star.
The jihad-loving people of Afghanistan, though burdened by deep economic hardships, relentless foreign pressures, and limited resources, have not retreated from the fields of honor and faith. While they may not wield arms beside their brothers and sisters in Gaza, and lack the military might to break the siege, they have taken their stand on another vital front: the battlefield of financial jihad.
In just the past month alone, dozens of charitable organizations, religious scholars, youth, traders, and even schoolchildren across Afghanistan have actively participated in fundraising efforts. Their message to the world is clear and resounding: Our hearts beat in Gaza!
According to initial reports, over 50 million Afghanis have been collected in merely ten provinces of Afghanistan for the support of the Palestinian people. These contributions, delivered through trusted institutions, continue to pour in as part of an ongoing campaign. This generosity stands as a testament to the enduring bond between the Afghan and Palestinian peoples.
Today, we are witnessing an unprecedented scene in the history of Islamic unity—a powerful manifestation of Afghan solidarity with the oppressed people of Gaza. In province after province, tens of thousands of Afghans have taken to the streets in mass demonstrations. These are not mere political rallies; they are heartfelt cries for justice and a defiant message to the world:
“We are not a nation that stays silent in the face of tyranny. Even if our hands are tied, our voices will rise!”
Indeed, the Afghan nation knows the taste of occupation all too well. For decades, our people endured some of the harshest nights and days under the boots of foreign invaders. Yet, by the grace of Almighty Allah, through unyielding faith, resistance, and sacrifice, we overcame the occupiers and reclaimed our honor and independence.
Today, we stand firm in the belief that the people of Gaza—who hold the frontlines of resistance—will ultimately emerge victorious. For this is not merely a hope, but a divine decree:
“And it was incumbent upon Us to help the believers.” (Qur’an 30:47)
The Zionist regime must understand: awakened consciences do not forget. The Afghan people, shaped by a legacy of jihad and resistance, stand unwaveringly with their Palestinian brothers and sisters. Be it through financial assistance, fervent prayers, or, when possible, through physical jihad, their support remains steadfast.
In conclusion, there is no doubt that victory will belong to the oppressed yet resilient nation of Palestine. A day will surely dawn when the noble cry of “Allāhu Akbar” will echo once more—freely and safely—from the sacred precincts of Masjid al-Aqsa, In shā’ Allāh!
