Unknown armed men have killed Burhan, also known as Zaid, a senior commander of ISIS-K, in the Patak area of Akhtar Abad city, Punjab, Pakistan. He was a key commander within the group and a close associate of Qari Fateh and Abu Bakr. Notably, he had previously held a position of responsibility during ISIS-K’s period of influence and had carried out several major operations in eastern Afghanistan.
