The Ruling Circle in the Cradle of Servitude

By Mufti Sultan Muhammad Saqib

When the ruling circle of a country is raised in an atmosphere of servitude, the foundation of its thinking, politics, and decisions is also built upon that same submissive mindset. Such rulers have little confidence in the strength of their own nation and instead consider the support of foreign powers to be the only path to salvation. As a result, their country’s political, economic, and security policies are often shaped according to external demands rather than the long-term interests of their own people.

Pakistan was once part of the Indian subcontinent, and some of its regions were historically connected to the former geographical areas of present-day Afghanistan. On August 14, 1947, after the end of British colonial rule in India, Pakistan was established. The fate of this country was placed in the hands of a particular ruling circle, which today we recognize as the military regime.

On the other hand, more than seven decades have passed since the creation of Pakistan. During this long period, the ruling circle has implemented numerous projects of foreign powers with considerable skill and intelligence strategies. Some examples of this can be mentioned as follows:

1. The most important method through which they have implemented foreign projects is by presenting themselves in the name of Islam and Muslim identity. Under the cover of Islamic movements, political parties, and various groups, they have skillfully carried out foreign-aligned projects against Muslims. At the same time, they have concealed their harmful actions behind these same Islamic slogans.

2. The military regime has created various groups within Pakistan: some in the name of religion, some in the name of political parties, and others under the title of jihadi organizations. The real objective behind these groups has been that if anyone within Pakistan emerges who exposes the true face of the military regime to the public, challenges its authority, or becomes an obstacle to the planning and implementation of its foreign-backed projects, such individuals are targeted through these groups, assassinated or thrown behind bars. Many leaders, scholars, and political figures from the Pashtun nation have fallen victim to this policy. A clear example in recent times is Imran Khan.

3. It is surprising that the military regime has carried out many of its most important projects in the name of Islamic movements and jihadi organizations; yet, on the other hand, it has never allowed the leaders of these same groups to reach the level of state leadership. From the very beginning until today, no leader of an Islamic movement has ever risen to the highest leadership of the Pakistani state. This was one of the key objectives of the military regime, and in this regard they have largely succeeded.

4. Looking at history, it appears that the military regime has never prioritized the interests of the Pakistani people and the country. Instead, it has consistently done what would please and satisfy its foreign patrons. For example, it handed over Dr. Aafia Siddiqui to the United States in exchange for dollars, an act that placed a dark stain on the honor of the entire Muslim community. In Lal Masjid, many male and female students were killed and the mosque itself was destroyed. Likewise, in the tribal regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, many civilians, including women and children were killed by the military regime under the pretext of operations.

5. Global infidel powers use a dangerous intelligence mechanism through which they weaken Muslims, Islamic countries, and Islamic systems. According to this strategy, in certain regions they create armed groups in the name of Islam, so that through these groups they can create instability, targeted killings, and civil strife. Often, such projects are implemented through countries that ostensibly carry an Islamic name. The Pakistani military regime has executed many of these foreign intelligence projects, and today, the Daesh (ISIS) intelligence project serves as a prominent example.

To the Muslim People of Pakistan!

O Muslim people of Pakistan! Awaken from the slumber of neglect, recognize the military system that has been trained in the chains of slavery, and fulfill your historic responsibility to safeguard the honor and future of your nation. For systems bound in the ropes of servitude give priority to foreign demands over the dignity and will of their own people. They have no concern or care for the status of the nation. Today, I call upon you, O proud nation: if you remain asleep in the same way, it will not be far that you too become victims of the actions of the military regime.

Scholars of Pakistan and the Pages of History:

Throughout history, the role of scholars in nations has always been significant and influential. Scholars bear the responsibility of expressing the truth as the intellectual backbone of society. When scholars speak the truth with courage, they protect society from intellectual and moral decay. Today, a great historical responsibility rests upon you as well. Fear the mighty punishment of Allah, and reveal to the nation the actions of the military regime trained in the chains of slavery. For the sake of truth, open your mouths that have long been closed out of fear or expediency.

If you fail to do this, history will never remain silent. Every action, every decision, every character, and every silence becomes a matter of judgment. It will be a grave shame if, in the pages of history, you present yourselves as supporters or accomplices of this mercenary army to future generations.

It would be one of the most astonishing scenes in history: it will be said that the Afghans defeated great empires, and among those were even the students of these very scholars; yet the same scholars would still be recorded in the pages of history as supporters of the regime that, for years, imprisoned their students, assassinated them, and became a tool for the destruction of Islamic systems.

There is still time and opportunity to save yourselves from this great historical shame and to raise the voice of truth!

O ruling circles trained in the chains of slavery!

History bears witness that your foundations in this region were laid to implement the strategies of foreigners. For this reason, you have always sought to challenge every independent system in Afghanistan, weaken it, and ultimately destroy it. Fanning the flames of war, dispersing the Afghans, and preventing their unity are all part of that same strategy, which aims to ensure that Afghanistan never becomes a strong, independent, and united country.

O ruling circles of slavery! Today I address you to urge, in light of current circumstances, that you cease violating Afghanistan’s airspace and territory. I do not say this because you might be killed, injured, or suffer financial loss, for you care little about the deaths of your soldiers, the sacrifices of the people, or monetary damages, as these are mere details in the implementation of foreign projects. What matters most to you is the execution of these external contractual agendas.

But the main purpose of my warning is to reveal how many foreign projects you have covertly carried out over the past few decades under the guise of Islamic slogans. Today, the time has come when we can expose your two-faced nature to the people of Pakistan and the international community with clear evidence and documentation.

That will be the day when the story of your shame and disgrace is exposed to the world; a day, month, and year after which even many of your dreams of executing foreign projects will seem impossible. Today, you are facing a nation that has made long-standing sacrifices throughout history to protect its honor and independence. An unchanging truth of history is that any nation that stands to safeguard its dignity and freedom cannot be defeated by any foreign power.

O Muslim people of Pakistan!

I address you once again: abandon governance that has been trapped in the schemes of foreigners. Leave behind leaders who are bound by the chains of servitude. Leadership that stands at the doorstep of foreign powers will never serve the welfare of the nation. When a country’s destiny rests in the hands of a ruling circle whose minds have been trained in the atmosphere of subjugation, how can its people ever enjoy the blessings of freedom?

History will one day judge who protected the honor of the nation and who supported the system of slavery. Nations do not perish, but slave systems will inevitably face the court of history.
