“The Sincere Leader of the Sincere Nation”

Maher Bilal

Praise be to Allah, we are Muslims and we follow the Islamic Sharia, which sets us apart as a unique community in the world.

As Muslims, we are obligated to follow the commands of Islam as stated in the Qur’an and Hadith. One of these commands is to obey and follow our leaders. Islam, as a respected religion, teaches us to faithfully listen to our leaders’ guidance in all situations.

Following the teachings of Allah Almighty and His Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him), the Amir holds a high-ranking position as the third in command. This position is mentioned by Allah Almighty in the following verse:

Translation:
“O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result.” (Surah An-Nisa, 59)

This verse emphasizes the importance of obeying Allah and His Messenger, as well as those in positions of authority within the Muslim community. It also advises the believers to settle any disagreements through reference to Allah and His Messenger, with the condition of having faith in Allah and the Last Day. This approach is considered the best and leads to the best outcome.

In Islam, every aspect of a Muslim’s life is governed by the commands laid down in the Qur’an and Hadith. Among these commands is the adherence to the leader. Islam, as a revered faith, instructs followers to faithfully heed the leader’s guidance in all circumstances.

Following Allah Almighty and His Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him), the Amir holds the esteemed position of third in command, as stated by Allah Almighty.

This esteemed verse eloquently underscores the importance of obedience to Allah Almighty, His Messenger (peace be upon him), and those in positions of authority. It succinctly emphasizes that following Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him), Muslims are mandated to obey leaders who adhere to the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah.

The term “those in authority” has sparked diverse interpretations, yet in line with the consensus of the pious predecessors, it signifies the leader presiding over the Muslims.

The phrase “those in authority” signifies the caliph or ruler. Scholars have clarified this blessed Hadith while interpreting the mentioned Ayah.
ومن يطع الأمير فقد أطاعني…
“Whoever obeys the ruler, obeys me…”
The respected leader of the Islamic Emirate, Amir al-Mu’minin, Sheikh of Quran and Hadith, Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada, may Allah preserve him, is a devoted individual, completely adherent to the Quran and Sunnah, unwaveringly following Islamic principles.

He holds the admiration of the majority of faithful Mujahideen as their Amir. Each decision he makes is in accordance with Sharia and its legal foundations. He hasn’t made any erroneous decisions in the past and has no intention to do so in the future, insha’Allah. At this moment, I do not see anyone who can match our Amir’s example in the world.

He embodies qualities of righteousness, piety, spirituality, and many other noble traits. Among these positive attributes, Amir al-Mu’minin is also Sheikh of Quran and Hadith and stands out in knowledge, enriched by Allah Almighty Himself.

It’s noteworthy that the sincerity and truthfulness embodied by Amir al-Mu’minin also resonate in his subordinates; they too are faithful and honest individuals. All of them adhere to Sharia; be it ministers, assistants, chiefs, or governors, all are devout believers. Even the soldiers, including myself in the lowest ranks, remain steadfast in their faith.

The presence of diverse virtues within our Amir necessitates obedience from all Muslims. It’s imperative to refrain from misconceptions about him. As long as he remains aligned with Sharia, our commitment to following him will persist.

Presently, the vile enemy, following the path of the earlier treacherous adversary, is spreading false rumors about our sincere and honest Amir.

We should not be dismayed by the enemy’s depths, sparing no one, even those faithful, because their leader lacks sincerity and opposes Islam, they assume that the world’s truthful Amir mirrors their own leader. Such behavior is anticipated only from the Zionists and their cohorts.

Remember: We cannot tolerate any disrespectful remarks about our rightful Amir, and we must prevent any such demeaning actions. Despite the enemy’s envy-driven slander and vilification, I firmly assert, “the dogs bark, but the caravan goes on.” Let this suffice!

It’s evident that Amir al-Mu’minin, in his dedicated commitment, vehemently opposed all manifestations of disbelief, firmly responding to the infidels’ hostility: “Even if faced with a nuclear bomb, I will not deviate even slightly from the smallest commandment of Islam.”

Overall, this embodies everything a genuine individual can accomplish or how an honest man ought to conduct himself in our era. Otherwise, we are surrounded by a multitude of deceitful individuals. Consider who among them has genuinely exhibited the same level of sincerity as Amir al-Mu’minin.
Given that we all adhere to the same Kalima as Muslims, the mentioned noble verse and blessed Hadith should suffice as guidance for us to obey the Amir and avoid any disobedience or negative thoughts towards him.

May our enemies continue to face defeat and humiliation as they do now.
“And it is our responsibility to deliver this message.”
