What Kind of Government and Caliphate Does Daesh Aspire To Establish?

The focus of the Daeshi Khawārij is obsessively superficial. They aim to portray themselves as devout believers, while in reality, they are far removed from true faith and Islam. They frequently cite the Quran and Hadith to justify their actions, but in reality, they are as far from the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah as the East is from the West.

The private lives of the Daeshis, along with their societal and governmental frameworks, form a perplexing amalgamation of contradictions. They desire a government that outwardly appears Islamic, but behind the scenes, it is submissive to disbelievers and ruthlessly persecutes Muslims. A vivid illustration of this can be found in their self-proclaimed caliphate in regions of Syria and Iraq.

Following their seizure of territories within Iraq and Syria, the modus operandi of their governance unfurled before the eyes of the world in a most conspicuous fashion. They made extensive efforts to combat and eliminate sincere and valiant Mujahideen who were engaged in the struggle against Bashar al-Assad, Nouri al-Maliki, and Russian forces. In doing so, Daesh crippled the very Mujahideen who even the U.S. could not defeat.

The Khawarij have, throughout history, been depicted as longstanding opponents of Islam and Muslims. They demonstrated no respect for the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) nor did they exhibit any obedience to his companions. They always targeted Muslims instead of disbelievers. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) described one of the signs of the Khawarij as: “They kill the people of Islam and spare the idol worshipers.”

These insurgents aim to establish a government supported by the crusaders in order to weaken the current military capabilities of Muslims, dishonor them, and undermine their sanctity. These individuals play a prominent role in carrying out the agendas of international intelligence agencies.

It has now become manifestly clear that ISIS, on both individual and collective levels, aspires to institute a government where Muslims are subjected to abominable violence, their dignity is violated, young Muslim men are killed, and the Mujahideen are declared infidels. They are actively involved in executing plans that entail the killing of Muslims and suppressing the Mujahideen with the help of disbelievers.

In short, the signs of the Khawarij mentioned in the Hadith are the very characteristics that define the government and system Daesh desires, which is the primary target of their satanic struggle.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
Narrated by Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: “In the last days, there will emerge people who are young in age and foolish in their thoughts. They will recite the Quran, but it will not go beyond their throats (they won’t act upon it). They will exit from the religion as an arrow exits from its bow. If you encounter them, kill them, for there is a reward for killing them on the Day of Judgment.” (Muslim)
