Part 1

All blessings hold significance, yet there exist those that stand as pillars, serving as the bedrock from which countless other blessings flow. When Prophet Ibrahim (AS) laid the foundations of the Kaaba, he prayed for this sacred place, saying:
“My Lord, make this a secure city…” (Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 126)
In the elucidation of this verse, Imam Razi (may Allah have mercy on him) writes in his Tafsir Mafatih al-Ghayb that Prophet Ibrahim (AS) prayed for security and plentiful sustenance for the inhabitants of Makkah. This supplication was made so that people would be drawn to Makkah, as it lacked agriculture, trees, or vegetation. Without security, individuals from distant regions would not have been willing to journey there, rendering life in Makkah exceedingly challenging.
Moreover, Allah Almighty designated the Kaaba as a site of immense reward for individuals, and visiting it was only feasible if the routes were secure and food provisions were affordable. From the supplication in the above verse and its interpretation, it is evident that security is a blessing upon which all prosperity hinges.
Foreign investors tend to favor investing in nations with a robust security infrastructure in place. The presence of reliable security measures not only assures local businesses and workers but also empowers those involved in national development to operate without apprehension. This emphasis on security is a key priority for governments as it plays a fundamental role in fostering a conducive environment for economic growth and stability.
With the establishment of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, tranquility and equilibrium have been reinstated, and the nation is advancing swiftly. Both domestic and foreign investors have garnered confidence, with investments being injected into various sectors on a daily basis. Nonetheless, this advancement is viewed unfavorably by Afghanistan’s overt and covert adversaries.
Western powers have vast interests tied to the occupation of Afghanistan. To achieve their objectives, they have devised long-term plans that span entire centuries. Experts have summarized the policies of Western powers with the phrase: “When Westerners depart by the door, they return through the window.” Afghanistan, situated at the crossroads of superpowers, holds profound strategic importance for them.
For nearly half a century, we have witnessed how the West has employed various strategies to seize Afghanistan. In the past two decades, they waged an intense war against the Afghan people under false and groundless pretenses. However, when the Afghans firmly adhered to the religion of Allah and, despite having limited resources, waged jihad with unwavering determination, Allah granted them victory, resulting in the humiliating expulsion of the Americans from the country.
Subsequent to their defeat and withdrawal, the Americans are endeavoring to reassert their influence in Afghanistan through indirect avenues. Pursuant to their strategy, they seek to disrupt Afghanistan’s security via the ISIS project. If, God forbid, they succeed in their plans and Afghanistan’s security is compromised, all the prosperity associated with it may devolve into chaos and instability.
