From centuries past to the present day, whenever the Kharijite group has emerged, it has consistently opposed the entire Muslim Ummah.

The first Kharijites, who withdrew from Hazrat Ali’s army (may Allah be pleased with him) and went to the village of Harura, took a firm stand against all prominent figures within the Ummah, including Hazrat Ali, Muʿāwiyah, Amr ibn al-As, and others. They even went as far as declaring them non-believers and subsequently martyred a number of individuals.

Since the emergence of this group up to the current era, they have wielded their weapons against the entire Ummah. This reality is apparent to us today. Those familiar with the contemporary Kharijite ideology recognize that they have turned their weapons against over two billion Muslims worldwide. No scholar or mujahid is exempt from their threats, as even individuals who have fought against Israel have fallen victim to their violence.

ISIS has betrayed those who were combating non-believers, tarnished the glory of the Islamic Ummah, and shattered the hopes of oppressed Muslims by suppressing those who were striving to liberate their brethren in Syria, Iraq, Pakistan, and other regions from the clutches of infidels or their proxies.

The Kharijite ISIS faction has disrupted the ranks of mujahideen, causing casualties, capturing others, and debilitating some to the point of rendering them defenseless against the enemies.

The most significant adversaries of Muslims currently are the terrorists known as ISIS. Their goal is to prevent the Ummah from unifying and expanding its influence across a vast territory from East Turkestan to Spain.ISIS poses a severe threat to the stability and security of Muslim communities worldwide. Their actions undermine efforts for peace and unity among Muslims, creating challenges that must be addressed collectively to safeguard the well-being of the Ummah.

Throughout history, this group has consistently undermined Muslims (Ahl al-Sunnah), paving the way for infidel domination.
