To the esteemed servants of Allah’s sacred religion, weary soldiers, and valiant Mujahideen,
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

Congratulations on your recent triumphs! This glad tidings is a shining beacon of divine assistance that illuminates the distance between the heavens and the earth, filling the hearts of the devoted with happiness. Your unwavering perseverance, countless sacrifices, and every step taken in the pursuit of Allah’s pleasure act as a guiding light, steering the esteemed caravan of Islam towards dignity and prosperity.

You stand as the inheritors of those who, armed with only a few swords, prevailed over the formidable armies of disbelief at the Battle of Badr. Your lives of patience, tireless efforts, and immense sacrifices inspire other Muslims, demonstrating that no obstacle can weaken the resolve of hearts steadfast in faith.

As the outcomes of your jihad, with the assistance of Allah, have materialized in the liberation of a region, significant responsibilities now have been entrusted to your fatigued yet victorious shoulders. In sincere consideration, we present to you a few concise points through the authority and influence of the written word:

1. Embrace Taqwa (Piety)

Esteemed brothers, it is with certainty that the light of Taqwa has served as your foremost beacon in the battleground of jihad. Following this victory, continue to fear from Allah the Almighty, uphold His decrees, and trust that Taqwa will bestow clarity and wisdom upon your leadership.

Taqwa is the ornament of faith, the illumination of deeds, and the ultimate key to the success of every Muslim. Just as Taqwa guided you in maintaining patience amidst trials, let it now instill gratitude during periods of prosperity. Patience and gratitude are the virtues that epitomize the perfection of your Taqwa.

2. Extend Love and Compassion to the People!

Alongside celebrating your victory, do not overlook the sacrifices of the courageous and devoted individuals who stood united with you throughout this arduous journey. Their abodes served as your bastions, their tables as sources of sustenance, and their hearts as shelters of affection.

They endured their children’s hunger, their families’ displacement, and every form of hardship, all in the pursuit of upholding Allah’s religion and ushering in the reign of Islamic law. Hence, treat them with profound affection within the nurturing embrace of the Islamic framework.

3. Foster Unity through Brotherhood

Unity is the strong fortress of the heart that no storm can break. Replace division with brotherhood and maintain the foundation of unity with bricks of love and sincerity.

Unity is meaningful and beneficial only when it is centered on the principles of divine Shariah. Do not drown in the trap of personal opinions and selfishness. Let the guidance of the Quran and Sunnah define the direction for your community to achieve success.

Exercise caution with factions that sow seeds of dissension and discord among Muslims, such as ISIS and similar groups. These factions labor ceaselessly to undermine and fragment the Muslim community. Remember, your adversary is not solely the one who opposes you with arms but also those who instill the toxin of division in your hearts. Eliminate such threats to safeguard the fruits of your Jihad.

4. Advance the Religion with Moderation and Wisdom

Islam teaches the path of moderation in every aspect of life—there is no place for extremism or negligence. As representatives of Allah’s religion, it is crucial to present it to people in a manner that draws their hearts closer, rather than causing fear or alienation.

Communicate with individuals using gentle words, as harshness and severity can close the doors of their hearts. Embrace their concerns, show compassion, and explore ways to alleviate their burdens in this challenging life.

5. Beware of Pride, for It Can Destroy You

All your past struggles, sacrifices, and acts of devotion are sacred efforts arising from sincerity. However, remember that if pride finds a place in your heart, all your efforts can dissipate like foam on the surface of water.

Arrogance leads one to pride in their actions and forgets the divine help of Allah. You succeeded because Allah supported you. If arrogance leads to the loss of this assistance, the doors of blessings will close, and, God forbid, failure may become your destiny.

6. Do Not Attach Your Hearts to Temporary Positions

Every position and authority bestowed upon you is a test from Allah. It is an opportunity to serve the people and uphold justice. If, regrettably, betrayal occurs within this position, then authority becomes neither an honor nor a blessing for you.

While you currently hold positions of power, it is imperative to recognize that these roles are transient. Time will inevitably transfer these responsibilities to others. History reveals that rulers and monarchs have come and gone, but their actions endure. Utilize this opportunity judiciously.

In conclusion, on behalf of the Mujahid people of Afghanistan, I offer sincere congratulations once more. May Allah grant you continued success and perseverance in accurately portraying the true essence of Islam.
